Reports & Exports

Cashflowy generates standard financial reports that give you a clear picture of your business health. All reports can be exported as PDF or CSV.

Profit & Loss

Revenue, expenses, and net profit for any period.

Assets, liabilities, and equity at a point in time.

Verify debits and credits are balanced.

Every transaction posted to every account.

Opening and closing balances per category.

Accounts receivable aging — who owes you and how overdue.

Go to Reports

Click the report you want in the Reports section of the sidebar.

Set the date range

Choose a time period: this month, last quarter, this year, custom range, etc.

Generate

Click Generate to view the report.

Export (optional)

Click Export to download as PDF (formatted) or CSV (raw data for spreadsheets).

Share with your accountant by exporting reports, or better yet — invite them to Cashflowy so they can pull reports themselves.
