How to invite someone

Go to Settings

Navigate to Settings → Team Members.

Click 'Invite Team Member'

Click the Invite Team Member button.

Enter their email

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

Select their role

Choose the appropriate permission level:

Owner✅ Everything✅ Everything✅ Billing, settings
Admin✅ Everything✅ Everything❌ No billing
Team Member✅ Limited editing✅ Everything❌

Send invite

They’ll receive an email with a link to join your Cashflowy business.

Managing members

  • Change role - click on a member to update their permissions
  • Remove - revoke access instantly
  • Resend invite - if they didn’t receive the email
Per-business access: Invitations are scoped to a specific business. If you manage multiple businesses in Cashflowy, you need to invite people separately for each one.
