Security & Account Settings
Change password
Go to Settings → Password & Security to update your password.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Add an extra layer of security to your account by enabling 2FA:
Go to Security settings
Navigate to Settings → Password & Security → 2FA Settings.
Enable 2FA
Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
Scan the QR code
Use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) to scan the QR code.
Enter the verification code
Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to confirm setup.
Save recovery codes
Store the recovery codes somewhere safe — you’ll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.
Subscription & Billing
Under Settings → Subscription, click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:
- View your current plan
- Update payment methods
- Download invoices and receipts
- Manage your subscription
Delete account
If you need to permanently delete your Cashflowy account, go to Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible.
Deleting your account removes all your data permanently — transactions, invoices, reports, documents, everything. Make sure to export anything you need first.
