Your business profile information appears on invoices, reports, and anywhere your business identity is shown.

What you can configure

Go to Settings → Business Profile to update: Upload a logo image and it will appear at the top of every invoice you send. Supported formats include PNG, JPG, and SVG.

User profile

Under Settings → User Profile, you can update your personal details:
  • Username, first name, last name
  • Email and phone
  • Tax filing status (Individual, Sole Proprietor, LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp)
Your tax filing status is used by the Safe Owner Pay calculator to provide more relevant recommendations.
