# Business Profile

> Update your business name, address, logo, and other details that appear on invoices and reports.

Your business profile information appears on invoices, reports, and anywhere your business identity is shown.

## What you can configure

Go to **Settings** → **Business Profile** to update:

| Field                                                           | Where it appears               |
| --------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------ |
| **Business name**                                               | Invoices, reports, dashboard   |
| **Description**                                                 | Your business info/description |
| **Phone**                                                       | Invoices, contact info         |
| **Address** (line 1, line 2, city, state, postal code, country) | Invoices                       |
| **Logo**                                                        | Invoice headers                |

## Updating your logo

Upload a logo image and it will appear at the top of every invoice you send. Supported formats include PNG, JPG, and SVG.

## User profile

Under **Settings** → **User Profile**, you can update your personal details:

* Username, first name, last name
* Email and phone
* Tax filing status (Individual, Sole Proprietor, LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp)
